For your convenience, Comprehensive ENT accepts most insurance plans and small carriers. Please check with your insurance carrier to make sure we are in-network, as plans are constantly changing. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file charges to your insurance carriers, including verification of benefits and pre-authorization of any procedures. Charges not covered by your insurance company are your responsibility.
If your insurance plan requires a referral, please have your doctor provide our office with this referral prior to your first visit. Unfortunately, these types of insurance plans will not pay for your care unless we have an active referral on file. You may wish to check with your insurance company prior to your visit to be sure that a referral has been issued.
Insurance copayment is expected at the time of service. If our office does not participate with your insurance company, or if you do not have health insurance, payment is expected at time of your visit.
